By accessing or using OrbitoDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

OrbitoDesk is an AI-powered commerce management platform for social sellers. It helps you manage Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp conversations, draft replies with AI, process orders and payments, and manage inventory, suppliers, customers and analytics. The Service integrates with Meta's Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp platforms through their official APIs.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By connecting your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or WhatsApp Business numbers to OrbitoDesk, you authorize us to read and send messages on your behalf, access account/page information, and store message history to provide the Service. You agree to use messaging in compliance with Meta's platform policies — including messaging windows and message tags — and not to send spam or unsolicited messages. Your use is also subject to Meta's Terms and applicable platform policies. OrbitoDesk is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

OrbitoDesk uses artificial intelligence to detect buying intent, extract order information, and suggest replies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate
• Autopilot features send replies at your explicit configuration and risk
• OrbitoDesk is not liable for business loss from AI errors

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, send spam or unsolicited messages, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Service in ways that could damage or impair it.

For paid plans, subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

The Service and its content are owned by OrbitoDesk and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitoDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
